Providing comprehensive support and resources for Peri, Menopausal, and Post-Menopausal women aged 40+ to optimize their health and well-being during this transformative stage of life. The Hormone Health Vault is designed to address the unique physical, emotional, and mental challenges associated with menopause, offering a holistic approach to wellness. It aims to empower you to embrace your journey, navigate hormonal changes, enhance your vitality, and thrive in all aspects of your life. Through a combination of expert guidance, educational materials, curated content, and community support, the membership vault strives to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to make informed decisions, promote self-care, and achieve optimal health and wellness during menopause and beyond.

With regular check-ins and personalized feedback, you'll feel motivated, inspired, and empowered to push through any obstacles that come your way.

My story comes from the “deep trenches of depression,” rejection, low self-esteem, and body image issues...Oh how I struggled, mentally, emotionally, and physically.


A driven professional with over 27 years of leadership, management, administrative and education experience, equipped with an MBA, Precision Nutrition and a Menopause Fitness Specialist Certification, I am on a mission to empower women to embrace midlife with vitality and grace.


Drawing from personal experiences and deep insights, into the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of this transformative phase; I guide women through the transformative journey with confidence and resilience. I was lucky to find a life coach who helped me overcome those physical, mental and emotional challenges. With her guidance and while clinging to my FAITH, I found my true self. I regained my health, lost weight and found a new purpose which has led to personal growth and opened a pathway to help guide women with their transformation.
